of Welsh religious life in Toronto, but it also is the centre of Welsh cultural life. As part of its cultural mandate,

Y dosbarthiadau Cymraeg
(Welsh language classes) are held at Dewi Sant Welsh United Church as part of its cultural mandate. The year 2008
- 2009 will mark the 15th year running for Welsh classes here at Dewi Sant. As in past years, there will be classes
for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
The 2008-2009 classes will begin
on September 12th / 13th (see below). There will be a Friday night class for beginners and a Saturday morning class
for intermediate and advanced students. Contact John Otley, the tutor,
for more details or to register for the classes.

Cymdeithas Madog ("The Madog Society") holds a week-long Welsh language course each summer somewhere
